Hello Burnaby Endo Team, Never thought I would be writing a complimentary email about a root canal, but here I am. Please tell Dr. Siu that I very much appreciate his good work, and appreciate him getting it done in one visit. The freezing was perfect – didn’t even really notice it, and the procedure went much faster and better than I thought it would, and I experienced virtually no pain or discomfort Friday night or yesterday. Maybe I was expecting the worst, but whatever the case, I am grateful for the good and painless work by Dr. Siu. He’s clearly very good at what he does.

My mouth is fine (no real pain and no discomfort), which is great for me. With respect to my treatment, it was a great experience. I say this because the treatment was going to be stressful, but it was not. Everyone was exceptionally nice. Thank you. It was a tiny bit painful – but we all knew that going in. This was a root canal for goodness sakes. It was not a walk around Deer Lake in the sunshine. The pain was minimized with exceptional care from all of the staff. Again, I thank you.
Hopefully, I will not need a similar procedure. If I do, I will only come to you. My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of the staff from BurnabyEndo.

My experience was good, your staff were all very professional and polite and you were also as well as being a gentleman. Things are healing nicely, it seems. There is only a minor bit of numbness now which you had mentioned, and otherwise settling down as you had suggested it would.

I am not only happy and satisfied with the root canal and follow up filling procedures Dr. Chris Siu did, but I was impressed too with the professionalism invloved in his works. I would like to thank Dr. Siu for his prompt attention regarding a short notice root canal on my bridge. As I was leaving on holidays the next day Dr. Siu arranged for me to have the first part of the root canal just prior to my leaving on holidays and as a result the tooth did not bother me at all. Upon returning the balance of the root canal was completed very timely and professionally. I would highly recommend Dr. Siu and his staff to anyone for their professionalism and courtesy.

Working in healthcare myself, I must say that I am quite impressed with the way you run your practice. I’ve had the opportunity to work with hundreds of physicians and staff in various clinical settings, but your practice stood out to me the most. The professionalism from both you and your staff has left a lasting impression. Patients feel at ease and are treated with respect at your clinic – at first I thought this was due to the non-traditional MSP setting, however, I quickly realized that patient care is your top priority. You fixed my tooth 10 hours before my vacation, and followed up to ensure there was no longer any pain – those daunting stories I hear of people having root canals and having such a horrible experience should have come to your practice!
